Mother-Daughter Fun in the Sun

What I love most about my “job” is that I get to meet such great people.

When this family contacted me for their family portrait session I was excited because they were my first session from the Juice in the City Special!

I headed out to Redwood City to meet with this super fun mother-daughter team and had such a great time with them! If you are a Facebook friend then you may have seen my status last Friday that said “Just finished a session with a mother/daughter that made me smile so much my cheeks hurt.” These two were the reason for that status! :)

I loved watching mom and daughter interact. There was SO much love between them that you could not help but feel it and smile at the beauty of their relationship. They are truly lucky to have each other!

My rule of thumb is to let younger children get a feel for me and do their own thing while I stand by and observe. For Little Miss C, playing on the swing proved to be a great ice breaker, though she wasn’t shy at all from the get-go!

The entire session, they smiled, laughed and thoroughly enjoyed each other. Their enjoyment of each other was so genuine and admirable! I can only imagine how much laughter fills their house at any given time!
