Yesterday, I attended the meet n greet for one of our local photography groups. It was great meeting other photographers and learning from them. I look forward to meeting with them again and possibly attending one of their field trips.
Before heading to the meeting, I had the chance to stop by the newly opened and renovated play area. I cannot wait to take make kids there!
They had a giant chess game…
…inviting rocking chairs around a fire place…
…the hobby horses (my favorite)…
…and the ever popular TRAIN is back!

I have such great memories from the Nut Tree! We took a few long driving trips through that area when I was pretty little and the Nut Tree was always a welcome respite from the car. Looks like they've fixed it up nice!
